At Creator Stack, we sell digital products, which are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy applies to:

  • Digital product bundles
  • Templates
  • Graphic packs
  • PLR/MRR products
  • Creative resource files
  • Any downloadable content

2. Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Granted)

We will provide a refund only in the following rare cases:

✔️ Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.

✔️ Technical Issues Preventing Access

If the product has a major technical problem and we cannot provide a working version after support assistance, a refund may be issued.

✔️ Wrong Product Delivered

If our system delivers the wrong product, we will correct it immediately or issue a refund if correction is not possible.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Not reading the product description
  • Lack of understanding of how to use digital products
  • Claims that a file was not used or not useful
  • Preferring a different product
  • Expecting features not listed in the description
  • “I didn’t know it was a digital product”
  • Not liking the design/content

4. Product Access & Download Issues

If you experience download issues, please contact us immediately.
Most problems can be solved by:

  • Updating your browser
  • Trying another device
  • Trying another internet connection
  • Receiving a reissued download link

We will assist you to ensure you get access to your files.

5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to block accounts or deny refunds in cases of:

  • Chargeback attempts after product delivery
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Excessive refund requests
  • Suspicious download activity

Chargebacks on delivered digital goods will be contested with full evidence.
